The terms of sale and use for the Health Hack Band and app.
What the purchase includes
The band, the charger, and access to the core Health Hack app experience — sleep, recovery, activity, heart rate, stress trends and daily readiness — with no required monthly fee.
Optional extras
If we ever offer additional services, they will be genuinely additional. Core insight described at the time of your purchase remains included.
Warranty
Two years against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Normal wear on straps and finishes is excluded.
Returns
Thirty nights. If the band does not earn its place on your wrist, return it in any condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
Acceptable use
The band is for personal wellness tracking. Do not use it as the basis of clinical decisions, and do not resell or redistribute app data as a service.
Accuracy and scope
Health Hack Band is a wellness and fitness tracking product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified clinician for medical advice.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud or abuse of our support and warranty terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we will notify account holders by email before the change takes effect and keep prior versions available on request.
