Members over metrics
We measure success by decisions our members make well, not by minutes spent inside an app.
The company
Health Hack is a hardware and health-science company. We make one band and one app that read sleep, recovery, activity, heart-rate trends and daily readiness — then explain them in language you can act on. The product you buy is the product you keep.

The story
Our founders had worn trackers for years. Then a billing lapse locked four years of sleep and recovery history behind a paywall — data their own bodies had produced. The hardware still worked perfectly. The insight simply switched off.
That felt less like a business model and more like a hostage negotiation. So we set out to build the opposite: a band engineered for a decade of wear, a validated signal pipeline, and an app whose core intelligence is included with the purchase and stays included.
We are deliberately narrow. One band. One app. No badges, no streaks, no upsell tier standing between you and the record your own body wrote.
We measure success by decisions our members make well, not by minutes spent inside an app.
If a signal isn't accurate enough to act on, we say so instead of dressing it up as insight.
The data belongs to the person who produced it. No paywall, no expiry, no hostage-taking.
The record
Three engineers cancel their tracker subscriptions and lose four years of their own sleep history overnight.
A breadboard prototype matches reference ECG for resting heart rate across ninety consecutive nights.
Sleep staging, HRV and readiness pass internal validation. Industrial design freezes on the first band.
Health Hack Band ships with every core insight included — permanently, with no membership.
